Stress & Burnout/Fatigue
You will transition through many versions of your body over your lifetime.
It’s your first time navigating this current version of your body. Each decade our priorities shift, our bodies begin to respond differently, we experience transition periods in hormones and sometime’s get new diagnosis. You are not meant to figure out what support or treatment looks like, alone, nor do you need to earn being taken seriously.
Education
I received my Naturopathic Education from the Canadian College Of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto after my Bachelor of Science, major in biopharmaceutical science from the University Of Ottawa.
My approach to your care will be rooted in evidence based, integrative medicine.
Who Am I
Outside of my practice you will find me savouring the small things. Including sunshine on my face, snuggling with my dog, a long conversation with a friend, slow mornings, fruit picking, a quiet flow on my yoga mat, cooking dinner with my partner, enough energy to vacuum after a long day. I also find joy in snowboarding, hiking in the backcountry and spending the day on the lake.
In a world of distractions, it is so important to stay present for the day to day moments that are so easy to miss.
